Why lights&lamps?
UK-based lighting experts Niki Wright and Scarlett Hampton founded lights&lamps to bring innovative, design-led lighting to the UK lighting market. The pair have over 25 years of combined experience in designing and developing best-selling lighting and interiors collections for the British high street, making lights&lamps the go-to brand for stylish lighting.
Made with precision and care
Our production facility in the south of China is owned and run by us. Developing and crafting lighting products for 15 years, we have built up one of the most respected manufacturing facilities in our industry. From brass works to hand woven rattan, from wood workshops to hand-made lamp shades. We make as much as we can in house and under one roof.
Hand-packed and delivered gently
Designing our own products and making them ourselves means we have absolute control over the life of our products. From our initial ideas to your inspired interior. We know everything and everyone who is involved in the development and delivery of your lights and lamps. We scrutinise every detail of the path from us to you to ensure we are getting the very best out of our supply chain; so you are getting the very best product for the very best price.

All our products are designed in house by us. We've been designing lighting for the UK, Europe and across the U.S. for over 20 years. We use our years of experience, engineering expertise and material knowledge to constantly create new collections and exciting pieces designed and built to last. lights&lamps is a fresh new lighting brand built from a long lasting passion for design.

Once you have submitted your application, we will process and review your information. We review applications promptly, but please allow up to 7 business days. Please check our eligibility criteria before applying.
2. Approval and account activation
If your application is approved, we will activate your trade account. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to access our exclusive trade catalogue and place your orders.
3. Start shopping
Once approved, members will be able to shop using their exclusive trade discount.

Please send an application on our trade page. When applying, please make sure all details are provided, as incomplete applications may be declined. We require a valid website; however, if your website happens to be under construction, please send us a portfolio or similar document that showcases your previous work and detailed information on your business. Unfortunately, social media accounts or photos alone cannot be accepted in place of a company website.

We don't issue pro-forma invoices. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

We don't send out quotes at this time. Please check trade prices on our website through your trade account.

No, orders must be placed directly on our website through your trade account with an accepted payment method. However, if you need to place a very large order, we may be able to assist. Please get in touch with us with requried SKUs and quantities.

You may have attempted to log in through our retail portal (the person icon shown at the top of our website) rather than the trade portal, or possibly used an incorrect email address. Please review your details and ensure you log in from the black ‘Sign in’ button under the 'Approved partners' tab in the Trade page or the announcement bar at the top of the page.

We always recommend using a shared email address for your trade account. However, each account can have up to 2 email addresses if you wish to add another.

Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase for electrical faults. Finish warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. Using our products outside of the UK or modifying our products invalidates the warranty. We do not send a specific warranty document. If any problem arises, please get in touch with your original order number.
