The product says 'sold out'. Will you get more & when?

Yes -  all products on our website remain in our collection. If an item is shown as 'sold out' we will already have an order underway. We make products available for pre-order as soon as possible. Please ensure you follow our 'new drop' highlights where we update when new stock is available for pre-order. 

 

What does pre-order mean?

Pre order is when we have stock on the way to the US. If you purchase a pre-order item you are guaranteed one when the stock arrives. Please note we give estimated delivery dates on the product listings. Due to the current situation these are subject to change. 

The average waiting time on pre-order items is between 6-12 weeks. 

 

Why are your lead times so long?

Due to the current situation there is a huge amount of shipping congestion worldwide. Consequently it is taking us a lot longer than usual to receive our stock deliveries. Unfortunately at the moment the situation is beyond our control and our availability dates may change resulting in a delay on your items being dispatched. Rest assured we are doing all we can to get your items to you as soon as possible.    

 

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship within the US. We also have a dedicated UK store which can be found here.
 
 

Will all my items be dispatched together?

Where possible we dispatch all 'in stock' items on your order together. Any 'pre-order' items will be dispatched as soon as the stock becomes available. Please note that from time to time our couriers will split the shipment depending on weights and sizes of packages. All tracking details for your order can be found on your order dispatch email notification. All items that have been dispatched will be listed on your paper dispatch note included within your delivery. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email emailus@lightsandlamps.com if you need to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed for dispatch. If your order is for a pre order item then please get in touch to discuss your order. 

 

I have not received or had any updates on my order. Where is it?

It's likely that you have ordered a pre-order item and we are still awaiting the stock. Please check the individual product listing for availability and estimated delivery times. Your order will be on backorder and you will receive an email as soon as your item has been dispatched. We are a really small team and unfortunately this means we are not able to update on every order all of the time. Please email emailus@lightsandlamps.com and we will be happy to update you.
