All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing. The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and despatch your order and delivery will be between 5-7 days once you receive your despatch notification email.

Please note that as we await our stock deliveries, a lot of our items are marked pre-order with an estimated availability date. If you have ordered multiple items we will be delivering each item as and when they become available

Delivery

  • To improve the security of your deliveries, all orders are now shipped using a signature required service.

    This added step helps ensure your order is safely received by someone at the delivery address.

    What this means for you:

    • A signature will be required upon delivery
    • Deliveries are made to the address, not a specific individual
    • If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt delivery again

    Delivery attempts:

    • The courier will typically make up to three delivery attempts
    • If a delivery attempt is missed, a door tag will be left with instructions
    • You may be able to:

      Arrange a redelivery, or

      Collect your parcel from a designated pickup location

    **PLEASE NOTE** due to the weight of some of our chandeliers these items are pallet shipped with delivery in 3-5 business days. Please check the product listing for specific delivery times on items.

  • Any failed delivery that is returned to our warehouse will either be subject to charge for a second delivery, or any refund will be given minus any costs incurred. Please note once your items have been dispatched you will not be able to cancel your order.

  • Some of our larger chandeliers, including Lonso and Petalia require pallet shipping at an additional cost. Please contact us for a pallet shipping quote and we'll be happy to help.

  • We are currently unable to offer timed dispatches. All standard orders are processed in 1-2 business days. You may be able to change the delivery date with the courier once you receive the tracking details.

  • Some items require pallet shipping due to their size and weight and are subject to an additional fee. This is noted on the relevant product pages. We are unable to discount or waive the pallet shipping cost.

  • We are currently only ship within the UK and USA. Please visit our UK site if you are wanting to ship within the UK.

  • The estimated restock time is shown in the "Standard delivery" section on each product page. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact restock dates at this time. The timeframes shown on our website are estimates and may be subject to change depending on international shipping conditions.

  • Orders containing more than one item are often dispatched in multiple boxes under a single consignment number. Unfortunately, UPS occasionally separate deliveries, and in such cases, the remaining boxes are typically delivered the following day, even if the tracking status shows as ‘delivered’.

    As this is part of UPS automated process, please allow all parcels to be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch.

  • The lightbulbs are fragile, so we pack them within the main light or lamp fitting box where we can. Before you contact us, please thoroughly double check all the gaps inside the box for the bulbs. Boxes contain lightbulbs are manually marked on the shipping label.

  • In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive or an item is missing from your delivery please get in touch with us within 7 calendar days of receiving your dispatch notification email.

  • We are unfortunately unable to resend any returned parcels. Please note any items that are rejected at delivery point or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts are subject to a restocking fee when it arrives at our warehouse. If you still require the item, please place a new order. However, if your parcel has been rerouted back to us for no reason, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.
